This was a particularly tricky area for us to resolve.
We benefit from the fact that our prints are extremely light, and lose out on the varying sizes we offer.
We have decided to have two rates. The first is for small orders of up to six standard hexes which is about what we can fit in a padded envelope to size. The second is for seven or more hexes, or any order including enhanced postage rate hexes i.e. those that are larger than one hex size or higher than standard flat hexes. These are based on large letter and small parcel rate to the countries we list. [Enhanced rate items will be labelled as such when you browse the shop].
That means that the small parcel rate listed [the highest price] is the maximum you will pay for any size of order, even if we have to send it from more than one location or in more than one shipment.
We hope this will allow purchasers to obtain a sample of our wares at a reasonable postage price before committing to a larger order.
Please note that a starter pack will automatically fall into the small parcel bracket, but please note that ten starter boxes would cost the purchaser the same rate to deliver.
The system is not perfect and we will constantly monitor it to ensure that it is fair and balanced and neither you nor us are losing out. If you require small items like replacement doors or rooves, please email us direct and we can generate an order with an appropriate postage.
This is the list and pricing that we presently use. If you wish to make a purchase and your country is not listed, please contact us and we will see if we can come to a resolution that is satisfactory for everyone.
The cost to UK destinations is £5-00 regardless of the size of order.
Our parcel mail will all be sent via a Royal Mail signed for service.
